
As the clinic principal, Dr Mellati has over 18 years of experience. He obtained his fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2010 in Qld before moving to Melbourne with his wife and 2 kids.
His special interests are chronic disease management, skin cancer & occupational medicine. Sam is passionate about teaching and is a GP supervisor of 1st & 4th yr medical students of Monash University.
He is also an approved Rail Safety Medical, Qld Mine Medicals and Injury-Net provider as well as being affiliated with Jobfit and Australia Post to provide comprehensive early intervention injury management to injured workers and employees.
Sam is multi-lingual and is fluent in Persian(Farsi)/Dari and understands Turkish.

Dr Mahan Nooraee is a passionate general practitioner who believes that patient care should be a physician’s first priority. She obtained her Medical Degree in 2010 in Iran and soon after moved to Australia. Dr Nooraee has a great experience in both hospital and general practice in Australia and completed her training in Medical Acupuncture in 2019 to be able to offer her patients an alternative approach to medicine.
She enjoys all area of general practice and her special interest are preventative medicine, skin, women’s health and paediatrics.
Mahan is multi-lingual and is fluent in Persian/Farsi.




Ruchi completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Physiotherapy Practice degree from LaTrobe University and has been in private practice since 2013. She has also completed her post-graduate certificate in Health Service Management from University of Technology in Sydney.
She strongly advocates self-management and teaches her clients to take charge of their own health. Outside the clinic, she is an active member of Science of Spirituality, a non-profit organization promoting meditation. She enjoys swimming and music in her free time with her two kids. She loves being a physiotherapist and wants to keep progressing in this career.
She has a keen interest in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions and believes in providing holistic management to her clients. She has expertise in using Dry Needling on her patients to help reduce inflammation and tightness as it is evidence based technique. She promotes extensive rehabilitation through Clinical Pilates and GLAD program and uses it to achieve long term goals for her patients.

My name is Yvonne, an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics. I am originally from Hong Kong and fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. With Cross cultural sensitivity, I work well with people from a variety of cultures. I am passionate about providing individualised dietary advice to help people meet their nutritional requirements and achieve their health goals. I also volunteer with Diabetes Victoria facilitating supermarket tours for people with diabetes. I enjoy playing badminton, travelling, cooking and trying new recipes. I love sharing my passion for real food and motivating others to eat well and stay well.
